Here is a breakdown on what you have to do to get shipping paid.
1. Go to the work order form by clicking
HERE.
2. Click on the "Print this page" link at the top of that page.
3. Fill out the top portion of that page, including phone number - so we can reach you.
4. Cut the mailing label (bottom portion in red) off the order form.
5. Put your repair in a bubble mailer or a safe shipping box along with the top portion of the work order.
6. Attach the mailing label to the package.
7. Give package to the mailman.
8. We will follow through with an estimate if requested.
